Gelatine Tip #8

#Ultimamente tenho reduzido  a quantidade de açúcar das minhas receitas de gelatina e consigo confirmar que quanto menor é a quantidade de açúcar a gelatina solidifica mais facilmente. Igualmente tenho tido melhor resultado misturando o açúcar e a gelatina neutra em pó antes de adicionar ao liquido.

#Lately, I have reduced the de amount of sugar in my gelatine recipes and I can say that as lower the amount of sugar, better sets the gelatine. Also, I have had better results mixing the neutral gelatine and the sugar together before adding it to the liquid.
